| Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. We accept credit and debit card payment securely via PayPal - you do not need a PayPal account to pay by credit or debit card. We also accept payment by cheque. At the moment we are only able to process orders from mainland UK. [For other UK destinations please contact us before placing your order]. We accept Visa and Mastercard, payment via PayPal account and UK sterling cheques. Please note items may not be despatched until cheques are cleared. This may take 4-5 working days after receipt of payment. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable. |
| Shipping And Handling Shipping costs: For orders up to £30 delivery £1.95 For orders over £30 delivery £3.80 For orders over £65 delivery free For orders from local customers (within a 20 mile radius of Saffron Walden, Essex) delivery/collection free. Moltex orders are currently only available to local customers. Delivery is free of charge. |
| Delivery Schedule We will normally process and send your order to you within15 working days. Shipment is usually via Royal Mail 2nd class post (which keeps costs to a minimum) and typically takes 2-4 working days from your order shipped e-mail. If you require your delivery sooner - please contact us after placing your order. On occasion your item(s) may be temporarily out of stock whilst we wait for delivery from our supplier. Should your item(s) be unavailable and a significant delay anticipated, we will contact you and offer you the choice of waiting or amending/cancelling the order for that item. |
| Back Orders If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to amend your order if you would rather not wait. |
| Tax Charges Orders are currently only accepted for delivery to UK addresses. Cloth nappies and goods exclusively for children's use are zero rated for VAT. VAT applies at 17.5% for all other products. |
| Credit Card Security When the order is placed at our website, credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site. PayPal currently handle transactions for Green Jelly and credit/debit card details are not held on our systems. |
| Guarantee We guarantee your satisfaction. Should you be unhappy with your purchase please return it in a resaleable condition unused and unwashed in undamaged original packaging within 60 days of purchase for replacement or refund. We regret we cannot accept returns of toiletries and cannot refund postage charges. Please note returns to Green Jelly are at your own cost (unless items are faulty) and we recommend you obtain a proof of postage (free of charge) from your post office. |
