Terry Nappies are the type of nappy most people think of when considering cloth and the nappy most of today's babies' grandparents used. Terry squares are available in looped cotton and bamboo fabrics and in unbleached, white and coloured fabrics.
Terry Nappies are quick drying but require folding and do not have elasticated waist and leg openings. Terry Nappies require an additional waterproof outer wrap and the use of a Nappi Nippa is recommended as an alternative to pins.
